In the twenty first century we can say, that "most communications crafts begin as inventions and evolve slowly into art forms," yet does not the basic question stay the same? As a definition based society, we are instructionally led to believe that a difference can be distinguished, and we are up the proverbial art creek sans paddle, if one does not make its self known to us.
