The Netherlands’ Education System and Accountancy Qualifications
[ send me this paper ]
This is a 5 page paper discussing the education system and structure in the Netherlands and the educational requirements needed for accountants in the Netherlands. Estimated costs and salaries are also included. The education system in the Netherlands requires a certain level and excellence and pre-planning on behalf of the students. Students who wish to attend university have to obtain the required pre-university diplomas relevant to their vocational or professional university programs. While the tuition fees for Dutch students are approximately 1,400 Euro in addition to high living costs, financial assistance programs such as scholarships, grants and fellowships are available. Students wishing to become Registered Accountants in the Netherlands can do so in a number of different ways depending on whether or not they enter the program with or without a previous professional degree. Students with professional business degrees can take the accountancy course part-time through the NIvRA/Nijenrode University Accounting and Auditing program. Accountancy as a professional program itself takes 7 ˝ years through the NIvRA/Nijenrode University route; the most common and preferred training program for accountants as it integrates theoretical and the needed practical experience required for certification in the Royal NIvRA. Transition To Tertiary Education In Australia
[ send me this paper ]
A 17 page paper. Most authors agree that the transition from high school to university can be very stressful. The first section of this paper presents a literature review on this topic, including a discussion of the most common adjustment issues these students face. The writer then presents a proposal to study the issue using the phenomenographic research method, a qualitative research approach. The study is based on the transcript of a forum group, using a semi-structured questionnaire (the transcript is not included). The writer provides an analysis of the results, showing the issues that emerged from the interview are the same as have been presented in the literature. Vocational Education Training In The United Kingdom
[ send me this paper ]
A 6 page paper. For years, reports suggested that vocational education in other countries was far better than it was in the United Kingdom. This essay reports and discusses some of the many initiatives that have been implemented in the UK over the last decade or so. The writer concludes that other countries should consider the type of vocational/occupational education training program in the UK because it is more flexible to meet the changing demands in the workplace. Bibliography lists 5 sources.
